    • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
    • 1 teaspoon rubbed sage
    • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon zest
    • 2 tablespoons canola oil
    • 6 lb frozen turkey breast, thawed

    Steps

      1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Combine salt, sage, zest, and oil. Place turkey in roasting pan; coat with sage mixture.
      2. Bake 1 ½–2 hours and until 165°F. Let turkey stand 10 minutes before slicing.
    Other Preparation Methods
      • Grill: Combine 4 oz shredded Romano cheese, ½ cup chopped basil, 2 teaspoons chopped garlic, and 1 teaspoon fresh lemon zest. Loosen skin from 6 lb turkey breast (thawed); place herb mixture under skin and secure skin with a toothpick. Season turkey with 1 ½ teaspoons garlic/herb seasoning. Place on grill over indirect heat (using a drip pan) and cover; grill 1–1 ½ hours, turning occasionally, and until turkey is 165°F. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
