Ingredients

  • 2 oz cranberry juice
  • 1 ½ oz rum
  • ½ oz raspberry liqueur
  • ½ oz lemon juice
  • ½ oz maple syrup
  • Long strip of lemon peel (optional for garnish)

Steps

    1. Combine all ingredients (except garnish) in ice-filled cocktail shaker.
    2. Shake vigorously; strain into a martini glass.
    3. Garnish with lemon peel, if desired.

Other Preparation Methods

    Not a fan of rum? Substitute bourbon for the rum and add a splash of ginger beer.

    Make it less fruity.
    Substitute bourbon for the rum and amaretto for the raspberry liqueur.
