Ingredients

  • 12 fresh basil leaves
  • 12 teaspoons sun-dried tomato pesto
  • 12 taco-size flour tortillas
  • 12 Deli panino fingers (salami, pepperoni, or prosciutto)
  • Toothpicks
  • Olive oil cooking spray

Steps

    1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove basil leaves from stems. Spread 1 teaspoon pesto evenly over each tortilla. Place 1 meat and cheese stick and 1 basil leaf at edge of each tortilla, roll up tightly, and secure with toothpicks. Arrange rolls on baking sheet and coat with spray.
    2. Bake paninos 10–12 minutes until tortillas are crispy and browned. Remove toothpicks and serve.
