Ingredients
- Aluminum foil
- 1 medium fresh banana pepper
- Plastic wrap
- 1 teaspoon garlic blend paste
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons Heinz Original Tomato Ketchup
- 2 tablespoons Heinz Real Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Heinz Chili Sauce
Steps
- Preheat oven to 450°F; line baking sheet with foil. Place banana pepper on baking sheet; roast 10 minutes, then turn pepper, and continue roasting 4–5 minutes until browned and charred. Remove from oven and place in a small bowl. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and set bowl aside to cool to room temperature.
- Remove and discard stems, skin, and seeds from pepper. Chop pepper finely. Combine in small bowl: chopped pepper, garlic, Worcestershire, ketchup, mayonnaise, and chili sauce until blended. Chill until ready to serve.
