Ingredients

  • 1 Granny Smith apple, coarsely chopped
  • 2 (16-oz) jars sweet & sour red cabbage (drained)
  • ½ cup fresh pre-diced onions
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Prep

    • Peel apple, if desired, then chop (about 1 ½ cups).

Steps

    1. Combine all ingredients in microwave-safe bowl and cover.
    2. Microwave on HIGH 3–5 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Stir and serve.
