Ingredients
- ½ oz simple syrup
- 3–5 fresh raspberries (+ more, optional for garnish)
- 2 oz vodka
- 4 oz lemon-flavored sparkling water
- 1 lemon, for juice (optional for garnish)
Steps
- Muddle simple syrup and raspberries in cocktail shaker.
- Add ice and vodka. Shake well; strain into an ice-filled Collins glass.
- Top with soda water and squeeze lemon juice over drink before serving. Garnish with raspberries and lemon if desired.
