Raspberry Iced Tea Swirl

Ingredients

  • 2 limes, for zest/juice
  • 2 oranges, for zest/juice
  • 1 cup frozen (or fresh) raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar
  • 4 cups diet (or unsweetened) raspberry tea
  • 2 cups crushed ice
  • ½ cup nondairy mango (or berry) sorbetto, divided
  • 4 fresh mint sprigs (optional for garnish)

Steps

    1. Zest limes (1 teaspoon), then juice (2 tablespoons). Zest 1 orange (1 teaspoon), then juice both oranges (⅔ cup). Place citrus juices and zests, raspberries, and agave nectar in blender; blend until smooth.
    2. Divide puree among 4 tall serving glasses; top evenly with tea, ice, and sorbet. Garnish with mint sprigs if desired. Serve.
