Ingredients
- 2 limes, for zest/juice
- 2 oranges, for zest/juice
- 1 cup frozen (or fresh) raspberries
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar
- 4 cups diet (or unsweetened) raspberry tea
- 2 cups crushed ice
- ½ cup nondairy mango (or berry) sorbetto, divided
- 4 fresh mint sprigs (optional for garnish)
Steps
- Zest limes (1 teaspoon), then juice (2 tablespoons). Zest 1 orange (1 teaspoon), then juice both oranges (⅔ cup). Place citrus juices and zests, raspberries, and agave nectar in blender; blend until smooth.
- Divide puree among 4 tall serving glasses; top evenly with tea, ice, and sorbet. Garnish with mint sprigs if desired. Serve.
