Quick Sausage and Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pasteurized prepared cheese product, cubed
  • 1 (10-oz) can diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
  • 1 (9.6-oz) package fully-cooked sausage crumbles

Steps

    1. Cut cheese into ½-inch cubes. Place all ingredients in saucepan or skillet on medium heat and cover.
    2. Heat and stir 5–7 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve. (Makes about 4 cups.)
