Quick Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch fresh Italian parsley leaves
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Steps

    1. Remove parsley and cilantro leaves from stems (1 cup each). Combine all ingredients in food processor bowl or blender; process until all leaves are pureed and sauce is smooth. Serve.
