Ingredients
- 4 cups unsweetened cold brew coffee
- 1 cup vanilla almondmilk creamer
- ¼ cup pumpkin puree
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice, divided
- ⅓ cup pure maple syrup, divided
- 1 tablespoon graham cracker crumbs
- Crushed ice
- 1 cup whipped topping
Steps
- Combine coffee, creamer, pumpkin puree, ¼ cup maple syrup, and 1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice in large pitcher; whisk until thoroughly blended.
- Dip rims of 4 (16 oz) tall glasses into remaining maple syrup, then into graham cracker crumbs. Fill glasses with ice and add coffee mixture. Top evenly with whipped topping and remaining ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice. Serve.
