Ingredients
- 8 oz frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 (15-oz) can pumpkin puree
- 1 (1.5-oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (or ground cinnamon)
- Cookies or crackers, for serving
Steps
- Thaw topping until softened. Combine all ingredients; blend with electric mixer until smooth.
- Chill 10 minutes or until ready to serve. Serve with vanilla wafers, gingersnaps, or graham crackers.
