Ingredients

  • 2 cups cantaloupe, cut into bite-size pieces
  • ½ cup prosciutto, cut into bite-size pieces
  • ½ cup slivered almonds
  • ½ cup red wine vinaigrette
  • 1 tablespoon fresh tarragon leaves, coarsely chopped

Steps

    1. Place all ingredients in salad bowl.
    2. Toss salad to coat evenly. Serve cold.
