Pineapple-Pine Nut Turkey Salad

Ingredients
  • 1 head romaine (or iceberg) lettuce (5–6 oz)
  • 12 oz smoked turkey (or chicken)
  • 1 (8 oz) can pineapple tidbits
  • ¼ cup Diamond Pine Nuts
  • ½ cup trinity mix (diced fresh onions, bell peppers, and celery)
  • ¼ teaspoon herb seasoned salt
  • ⅓ cup Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise
  • ⅛ teaspoon pepper
Steps
  1. Remove core from lettuce; separate leaves. Cut turkey into bite-size pieces; drain pineapple.
  2. Combine turkey, pine nuts, trinity mix, pineapples, seasoned salt, mayonnaise, and pepper.
  3. Arrange lettuce leaves on salad plates (or serving platter); mound turkey mixture on top and serve.
