    • 3 cups shredded Braised Pineapple-Ginger Pork, with 2 cups sauce
    • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
    • 1 Asian salad kit (12–13 oz; cabbage, toppings, and sesame dressing)
    • 8 small flour tortillas
    • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce

    Steps

      1. Place pork and sauce (with pineapple slices) in large sauté pan on medium-low; simmer 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pineapple has broken down. Stir in sweet chili sauce; cook 4–5 minutes until pork is shreddable and 165°F.
      2. Combine salad kit ingredients; toss to blend. Lay tortillas on flat surface; top evenly with pork mixture, salad, and sriracha sauce. Serve.
