Pineapple-Ginger Pork Tacos

Ingredients
- 3 cups shredded Braised Pineapple-Ginger Pork, with 2 cups sauce
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 Asian salad kit (12–13 oz; cabbage, toppings, and sesame dressing)
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
Steps
- Place pork and sauce (with pineapple slices) in large sauté pan on medium-low; simmer 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pineapple has broken down. Stir in sweet chili sauce; cook 4–5 minutes until pork is shreddable and 165°F.
- Combine salad kit ingredients; toss to blend. Lay tortillas on flat surface; top evenly with pork mixture, salad, and sriracha sauce. Serve.
