Ingredients
- ½ European cucumber
- 1 medium carrot
- ½ fresh mango
- ½ cup fresh spinach leaves
- 2 cups frozen, unsweetened peach slices
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut water (+ additional, if needed)
- 3 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
- 1 (5.3 oz) container coconut-flavored nonfat Greek yogurt
Steps
- Peel and chop cucumber (1 cup), carrot (½ cup), and mango (½ cup).
- Add all ingredients to blender (or food processor); blend until smooth. Serve.
