Ingredients

  • ½ European cucumber
  • 1 medium carrot
  • ½ fresh mango
  • ½ cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 2 cups frozen, unsweetened peach slices
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut water (+ additional, if needed)
  • 3 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1 (5.3 oz) container coconut-flavored nonfat Greek yogurt

Steps

    1. Peel and chop cucumber (1 cup), carrot (½ cup), and mango (½ cup).
    2. Add all ingredients to blender (or food processor); blend until smooth. Serve.
