Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cups mini marshmallows
- ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
- 5 cups (2.5-oz) Deli popcorn
- 1 cup multigrain toasted oats cereal
- 2 cups fruit and nut trail mix
- Cooking spray
Steps
- Melt butter in large stockpot on medium. Stir in marshmallows until melted; stir in peanut butter.
- Remove pan from heat. Gently fold in popcorn, cereal, and trail mix until combined.
- Coat baking sheet and hands with cooking spray. Roll mixture into 2-inch balls and arrange on baking sheet. Let stand 10 minutes to cool before serving.
