      Meatball Marinara Sliders

      Ingredients

      • 12 seasoned ground beef meatballs
      • 1 ½ cups marinara pasta (or pizza) sauce
      • 12 Bakery dinner rolls (sliced for buns)
      • 12 slices fresh mozzarella cheese

      Steps

        1. Preheat large sauté pan on medium-high 2–3 minutes. Flatten meatballs to ½-inch-thick patties (wash hands). Place patties in pan; cook 3–4 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
        2. Pour marinara sauce in microwave-safe bowl; cover and microwave on HIGH for 45–60 seconds or until hot.
        3. Place in each bun: 1 tablespoon marinara sauce, 1 meat patty, 1 cheese slice, and 1 more tablespoon marinara sauce. Serve.

      Taco Sliders

      Ingredients

      • 1 medium sweet onion
      • 1 (1 oz) packet taco seasoning mix
      • 1 ½ lb ground chuck
      • 1 Hass avocado
      • 2 plum tomatoes
      • 12 Bakery dinner rolls
      • ¼ cup salsa con queso dip

      Steps

        1. Grate onion into medium bowl (about 1 cup). Add taco seasoning and ground chuck; mix to blend. Shape meat into 12 ½-inch-thick patties (wash hands).
        2. Preheat large sauté pan on medium-high 2–3 minutes. Add patties; cook 3–4 minutes on each side until browned and 165°F. Halve avocado, remove pit and flesh with spoon, and slice flesh; slice tomatoes thinly.
        3. Slice rolls for buns. Place in each bun: 1 beef patty, 1 slice tomato, 1 slice avocado, and 1 teaspoon dip. Serve.

      Blackened Blue Buffalo Chicken Sliders

      Ingredients

      • 6 Deli chilled fried chicken tenders (about ¾ lb)
      • 1 cup blue cheese salad dressing
      • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
      • 2 teaspoons blackening seasoning
      • ¼ cup buffalo wing sauce
      • 1 (12 ct) package Hawaiian slider buns

      Steps

        1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Cut chicken tenders into 2-inch pieces; bake 10–12 minutes until 165°F.
        2. Combine salad dressing, mayonnaise, and seasoning. Toss hot chicken with wing sauce.
        3. Slice rolls open for buns. Divide chicken and blue cheese sauce evenly among buns. Serve.

      Serving Suggestions
