Ingredients
- Cooking spray
- 1 lb Bakery fresh pizza dough
- 1 ½ cups Deli buffalo chicken dip
- 2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup blue cheese (or ranch) dressing
- ½ cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat baking sheet with spray, then unroll dough onto baking sheet; bake 7–8 minutes until lightly browned.
- Remove baking sheet from oven; spread dip over crust, leaving a 1-inch border, then top evenly with cheese. Bake 8–10 more minutes until chicken dip is 165°F, cheese is melted, and crust is browned and crisp.
- Spoon small dollops of dressing over pizza and sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles, if using. Let stand 3–5 minutes; cut into 2-inch squares. Serve.
