Ingredients

  • 1 Hass avocado
  • 2 medium plum tomatoes
  • 1 (10-oz) container garlic hummus
  • 1 ½ teaspoons ground cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon ground red pepper
  • Cut veggies or pita chips (optional for serving)

Steps

    1. Peel, pit, and cut avocado into small cubes. Cut tomatoes into small cubes. Combine hummus, cumin, and red pepper until blended; transfer to serving bowl.
    2. Fold tomatoes and avocado into hummus. Serve with cut vegetables or pita chips, if desired.
