Ingredients
- Parchment paper
- 8 oz Deli Parmigiano-Reggiano wedge, grated (about 2 cups)
- 1 (10-oz) bag Caesar salad kit
Steps
- Cover a large microwave-safe plate with a piece of parchment paper. Add ½ cup grated cheese to center of paper; spread evenly in a circle. Microwave on HIGH for 2–3 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly golden over most of the surface.
- Flip paper over immediately, cheese-side down, when centered over top of an inverted bowl (6-inch diameter at rim). Place another bowl over cheese to form cheese into bowl shape. Repeat with remaining cheese.
- Let each bowl cool 1–2 minutes. Remove top bowl and peel paper off cheese, then fill with salad.
Other Preparation Methods
- Extra Flavor: Place Parmesan rind in soup while simmering for an added nutty, cheesy flavor. If any rind remains, remove before consuming soup.
