Ingredients
- 1 (18 oz) package tandoori flatbread (or pita bread)
- ½ cup Pompeian Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 teaspoons shawarma seasoning
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons fresh Italian parsley
- ½ cup lemon vinaigrette
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Slice bread in half, then cut into 1-inch-wide strips and place in large bowl. Drizzle oil over bread strips; toss to coat and arrange on baking sheet. Combine seasoning and salt, then sprinkle evenly over bread. Bake 5–6 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Chop parsley coarsely. Place hot fries in large bowl. Add vinaigrette, feta, and parsley; toss to coat until cheese starts to soften. Serve warm.
