One-Pan Zesty Flatbread Fries

Ingredients

  • 1 (18 oz) package tandoori flatbread (or pita bread)
  • ½ cup Pompeian Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 teaspoons shawarma seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh Italian parsley
  • ½ cup lemon vinaigrette
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese

Steps

    1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Slice bread in half, then cut into 1-inch-wide strips and place in large bowl. Drizzle oil over bread strips; toss to coat and arrange on baking sheet. Combine seasoning and salt, then sprinkle evenly over bread. Bake 5–6 minutes until golden and crispy.
    2. Chop parsley coarsely. Place hot fries in large bowl. Add vinaigrette, feta, and parsley; toss to coat until cheese starts to soften. Serve warm.
