Ingredients
- 1 ½ lb ground chuck
- 4 oz crumbled tomato-basil feta cheese
- ¼ cup chopped black olives
- 1 teaspoon Greek seasoning
- ½ small red onion
- 1 medium tomato
- 4 bakery French hamburger buns
- ¼ cup tzatziki sauce
Steps
- Preheat grill (or grill pan) on medium. Combine meat, cheese, olives, and seasoning in large bowl until thoroughly blended. Form mixture into 4 equal burger patties (wash hands).
- Arrange burgers on grill; cook 3–4 minutes on each side until grill-marked and 160°F. Meanwhile, slice onion and tomato thinly.
- Split buns in half horizontally, then spread 1 tablespoon tzatziki on top half of each bun. Place burgers on bottom halves of buns; top with onions, tomatoes, and top halves of buns. Serve.
