Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz) bag GreenWise frozen blueberries
- 4 tablespoons GreenWise cane sugar, divided
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 (10 oz) bag GreenWise frozen strawberries (or raspberries)
- 1 ½ cups GreenWise strawberry (or regular) lemonade
- 1 quart GreenWise vanilla ice cream
- 1 ½ cups GreenWise whole milk
- Paper straws
Steps
- Combine blueberries and 2 tablespoons sugar in microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH 2 minutes, stirring halfway through cook time, or until blueberries are thawed. Chill 15 minutes.
- Place heavy cream and remaining 2 tablespoons sugar in medium bowl; beat with electric mixer on HIGH until soft peaks form and mixture is fluffy. Set aside.
- Combine strawberries and lemonade in blender pitcher; blend until smooth. Divide mixture among 6 (12 oz) serving glasses (about ⅓ cup each).
- Rinse blender pitcher. Place ice cream and milk in pitcher; blend until smooth. Top strawberry mixture evenly with vanilla shake (about ⅔ cup each), then blueberries (about ¼ cup each). Dollop each serving with whipped cream; garnish with additional berries if desired. Serve with straws.
