Ingredients
- 1 cup corn (or tortilla) chips
- ¼ cup pickled jalapeño slices
- 4 slices cooked bacon
- 4 hot dogs
- ¼ cup jalapeño cream cheese spread
- 1 cup shredded Mexican-style cheese blend
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon chili-lime (or taco) seasoning
- 4 hot dog buns
Steps
- Preheat grill (or grill pan) on medium. Crush chips coarsely; drain jalapeños (reserving 1 tablespoon brine). Microwave bacon following package instructions, then cut into ½-inch pieces.
- Place hot dogs on grill; cook 4–5 minutes, turning occasionally, until grill-marked and 165°F. Combine in small bowl: cream cheese, shredded cheese, mayonnaise, jalapeño brine, and seasoning.
- Place hot dogs in buns; top each evenly with cheese mixture, jalapeños, chips, and bacon. Serve.
