Mozzarella-Salami Panino

Ingredients

  • 12 taco-size flour tortillas
  • ¼ cup sun-dried tomato pesto
  • 24 thin slices Genoa (or hard) salami
  • 12 mozzarella cheese sticks
  • Toothpicks

Steps

    1. Place tortillas on flat work surface. Spread 1 teaspoon pesto evenly over each tortilla.
    2. Place 2 slices of salami and 1 cheese stick at the edge of each tortilla, then roll up tightly and secure with toothpicks. Cut each panino in half. Serve.
