Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) Bakery Prerolled Pizza Dough
  • Cooking spray, optional
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, finely diced
  • ⅓ cup Bakery garlic spread (or Seafood Tuscan butter)
  • ¼ cup fresh basil leaves, coarsely chopped
  • 2 medium tomatoes (about ½ lb), finely diced
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze

Steps

    1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place dough onto lightly greased or nonstick pizza pan. Bake 10–12 minutes or until lightly browned. Dice cheese.
    2. Coat crust with garlic spread and top evenly with cheese; bake 5–6 minutes or until cheese melts and crust is browned. Chop basil. Cut tomatoes in half; remove seeds and dice finely.
    3. Top pizza with tomatoes and basil; drizzle with balsamic glaze. Serve.
