Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz Canadian whisky
- ¾ oz sweet vermouth
- 1 dash bitters
- Lemon twist
Steps
- Fill cocktail shaker with ice; add all ingredients (except twist).
- Stir well; strain into a martini glass.
- Rub rim of glass with lemon twist; float twist in drink as garnish, if desired.
Other Preparation Methods
Chill it down.
Follow the same steps, but serve the drink in an ice-filled rocks glass.
Make it a Rob Roy.
Substitute Scotch for the whisky.

Serve with Rolled Paninos.
