Ingredients

  • 3 mangos
  • 1 small red onion
  • ½ bunch fresh cilantro
  • 2 fresh jalapeño peppers
  • 2 limes, for juice

Steps

    1. Cut sides of mangos away from pits; score flesh into cubes and scoop out (2 cups). Chop onion and cilantro (½ cup each). Chop jalapeños, removing membranes and seeds if desired. Juice limes (2 tablespoons).
    2. Place all ingredients in large bowl; stir to combine. Serve as topping or dip.
