    Instructions

    Ingredients

    • Nonstick aluminum foil
    • 1 tablespoon dried sage
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon paprika
    • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
    • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
    • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
    • 4 lamb loin chops, cut 1 ½-2 inches thick (about 1 pound)
    • 2 cups grape tomatoes
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

    Steps

      1. Preheat broiler. Line a baking sheet with foil. Combine sage, garlic powder, paprika, salt, cloves and crushed red pepper. Rub chops with the spice mixture. Place chops on one half of the prepared pan.
      2. Broil chops 4 to 5 inches from the heat for 10 minutes. Turn chops; add tomatoes to the other half of the baking sheet. Drizzle tomatoes with olive oil. Broil for about 5 minutes more or until lamb reaches 145°F and tomatoes are just tender. Drizzle vinegar over tomatoes. Serve lamb chops with tomatoes.
