Ingredients
- 1 lime, for zest
- 2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup sliced almonds
- ¼ cup shredded, unsweetened coconut (optional)
- 1 (12 oz) Bakery mini Key lime pie
- 8 prepared crêpes
- 1 cup whipped cream, for serving
Steps
- Zest lime (1 teaspoon). Toast graham cracker crumbs, almonds, and coconut, if using. Place pie in large bowl and beat with electric mixer until spreadable.
- Arrange crêpes on work surface. Spread pie mixture evenly on 1 side of each crêpe, then fold carefully in quarters.
- Place 2 prepared crêpes on each serving plate. Top with whipped cream, lime zest, graham cracker crumbs, almonds, and coconut. Serve.
Other Preparation Methods
- Frozen: Cut 1 (12 oz) Bakery mini Key lime pie into 8 slices. Thread wooden skewer through back of each slice; arrange on baking sheet. Freeze 4 hours or until solid. Melt 10 oz dark chocolate wafers following package instructions. Dip pie slices carefully in chocolate; sprinkle with coarse salt before coating sets. Freeze 30 minutes or until set.
