Ingredients
- 8 oz extra-sharp white cheddar cheese
- 8 oz extra-sharp yellow cheddar cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese
- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- ⅔ cup diced fresh yellow onions
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground red pepper
- ½ cup dark beer
- Pretzel rods (optional for serving)
- Carrot sticks (optional for serving)
- Celery sticks (optional for serving)
Steps
- Cut cheeses and butter into small cubes and let come to room temperature, then place in food processor bowl and process until combined.
- Add onions, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, and red pepper. Process until combined.
- Pour beer in slowly, with processor running, until mixture is blended and smooth. Place in serving bowl. Serve with pretzel rods, carrot sticks, and celery sticks, if using.
