Ingredients
- 6 oz cream cheese
- ½ lemon
- 1 head butter lettuce
- 0.5 oz fresh basil
- ¼ cup sun-dried tomato pesto
- 4 large spinach (or sun-dried tomato) wraps
- 12 thin slices prosciutto
- 12 thin slices Deli smoked turkey breast
- 24 grape tomatoes
- 24 toothpicks
Steps
- Set cream cheese out to soften. Juice lemon half (1 tablespoon). Separate lettuce leaves; remove basil leaves from stems (½ cup). Combine cream cheese, pesto, and lemon juice in large bowl until blended.
- Arrange wraps on work surface and spread cream cheese mixture evenly across each wrap. Layer wraps in this order: lettuce, prosciutto, basil, and turkey. Roll wraps up tightly, then trim 1 inch from each end.
- Skewer tomatoes on toothpicks, insert 6 tomato picks into each wrap, and slice each wrap into 6 pieces. Arrange pinwheels cut-side-up on platter; serve.
