Ingredients
- Cooking spray
- 12 potato (or dinner) rolls
- 2 medium plum tomatoes
- 12 slices cooked bacon
- 9 oz sliced roasted turkey (about 24 slices)
- 12 slices cracker-cut sharp cheddar cheese
- ¾ cup processed cheese spread
- ½ teaspoon green gel food coloring
- ½ cup salted butter
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds (optional)
- Aluminum foil
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat 13- x 9-inch baking dish with spray. Cut rolls in half for buns and separate. Cut tomatoes into 12 equal slices Cook bacon until crisp following package instructions, then cut in half.
- Arrange bottom halves of rolls side by side in center of baking dish, forming a rectangle. Top evenly with turkey, cheddar cheese, bacon, and tomatoes. Combine cheese spread and food coloring. Spread mixture on top halves of rolls and arrange on sliders.
- Melt butter; whisk in mustard, worcestershire sauce, pepper, and poppy seeds, if using. Drizzle mixture evenly over sliders and cover baking dish with foil. Let stand 10 minutes before baking.
- Bake 20 minutes. Remove foil, bake 5–8 more minutes until tops are golden and cheese is melted. Let stand to cool 5 minutes before serving.
