Ingredients
- Nonstick aluminum foil
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup honey
- 9 oz dried golden figs (about 2 cups)
- 9 oz dried Black Mission figs (about 2 cups)
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with foil. Whisk oil and honey in large bowl; add figs and toss to coat.
- Spread figs in single layer on prepared baking sheet; sprinkle with salt. Bake 10–12 minutes until fragrant and caramelized. Loosen figs immediately; let cool slightly, then loosen again after 5 minutes. Serve.
