Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives (optional)
- 1 lb Deli chicken tenders
- 1 (11 oz) can yellow and white corn
- 1 (24 oz) package refrigerated mashed potatoes
- 1 (12 oz) jar chicken gravy
- Aluminum foil
- 1 ½ cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Chop chives, if using. Cut chicken tenders into bite-size pieces. Drain corn.
- Spread potatoes evenly in 2-quart baking dish. Top with chicken, gravy, and corn; cover with foil. Bake 30–35 minutes until bubbly and chicken is 165°F.
- Remove foil and top with cheese; bake 3–4 more minutes until cheese melts. Top with chives. Serve.
