Ingredients

  • 4 green onions
  • 2 beefsteak tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper

Steps

    1. Slice onions thinly; chop tomatoes and garlic coarsely.
    2. Heat oil in large sauté pan on medium 2–3 minutes. Add onions, tomatoes, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper; cook 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened. Chill until ready to serve.
