Herbal Green Tea Martini

Ingredients

  • 1 rosemary sprig (+ additional, optional for garnish)
  • 1 lemon wedge
  • 3 oz green tea
  • 1 ¾ oz vodka
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • Lemon twist (optional for garnish)

Steps

    1. Muddle rosemary and lemon wedge in cocktail shaker.
    2. Add ice and remaining ingredients (except garnishes). Shake well; strain into a martini glass.
    3. Garnish with lemon twist and rosemary, if desired.

Other Preparation Methods

    Make it raspberry.
    Substitute raspberry tea for the green tea.

    Make it a cucumber green tea martini.
    Substitute 2 slices cucumber for the rosemary and add ¼ teaspoon grated fresh ginger during muddling.
