    Instructions

    Ingredients

    • 8 oz cream cheese
    • 1 (14 oz) package Publix Bakery Heath Bar Cookies
    • ⅓ cup sweetened condensed milk
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
    • ½ cup toffee bits

    Steps

      1. Place cream cheese in large bowl to soften. Place 8 cookies in bottom of 9-inch square baking dish (breaking cookies to fit, if needed).
      2. Beat cream cheese with electric mixer until fluffy, then beat in milk, vanilla, lemon juice, salt, and toffee bits until blended. Spread mixture evenly over cookies, then crumble remaining cookies over top. Cover and chill 1 hour (or overnight). Cut into bars and serve.
    Other Preparation Methods
      • Dessert: Spread peanut butter and chocolate-hazelnut spread between 2 cookies for a quick dessert sandwich.
      • Garnish: Crumble cookies over your favorite ice cream, milkshake, or cake.
