Ingredients
- ½ cup frozen whole mixed berries
- ¾ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 ½ teaspoons chia seeds
- ¼ cup berry crunch granola bark (or granola)
- 2 tablespoons unfiltered honey
- ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
Steps
- Thaw berries following package instructions; cut into bite-size pieces if desired.
- Place yogurt and chia seeds in serving bowl; stir to combine, then top with fruit and granola bark.
- Combine honey and turmeric until blended; drizzle over yogurt bowl. Serve.
