Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 6 medium fresh peaches, halved, pitted

Steps

    1. Preheat grill (or grill pan). Melt butter. Cut peaches in half; remove and discard pit.
    2. Brush cut side of peaches with butter. Place on grill with cut side down; close lid (or cover loosely with foil) and grill 3–5 minutes or until browned and marked.
