Ingredients

  • 1 (10-oz) bag frozen GreenWise Quinoa and Squash
  • 1 Fuji apple
  • ½ cup shredded carrots
  • ½ cup lemon vinaigrette
  • 1 (3.5-oz) bag GreenWise Salad Toppers, Organic, Dried Cranberries & Glazed Walnut Pieces
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese

Steps

    1. Microwave quinoa following package instructions; refrigerate 10 minutes to cool. Core and small dice apple.
    2. Combine remaining ingredients with quinoa and apple in medium mixing bowl until blended. Serve.
