Ingredients
- 12 seedless red grapes (+ additional, optional for garnish)
- 1 teaspoon dark brown sugar
- 2 oz vodka
- 2 oz unsweetened coconut water
- 2 oz chilled champagne
Steps
- Halve grapes. Muddle grapes and brown sugar in cocktail shaker. Add ice, vodka, and coconut water.
- Shake will and strain into an ice-filled highball glass and top with champagne.
- Garnish with grapes, if desired.
Other Preparation Methods
Make it a peach sparkler.
Substitute diced peaches for the grapes and prosecco for the champagne.
