Ingredients

  • 2 oz Scotch whisky
  • 2 oz ginger ale
  • 2 oz club soda
  • Lemon peel, for garnish

Steps

    1. Fill highball glass with ice; add all ingredients (except garnish).
    2. Stir well.
    3. Garnish with a lemon peel.

    • Not a fan of scotch? Substitute bourbon or vodka for the scotch.
