Ingredients
- 2 oz Scotch whisky
- 2 oz ginger ale
- 2 oz club soda
- Lemon peel, for garnish
Steps
- Fill highball glass with ice; add all ingredients (except garnish).
- Stir well.
- Garnish with a lemon peel.
Other Preparation Methods
- Not a fan of scotch? Substitute bourbon or vodka for the scotch.
- Give it a kick. Use a spicier ginger ale or muddle fresh ginger in the glass before making the drink.
