Gasparilla Salad

Ingredients
  • 4 slices genoa salami
  • ½ cup Spanish green olives
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Caesar salad kit (chopped romaine, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and croutons; 9-10 oz)
  • ½ cup grape tomatoes
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 thin slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 thin slices provolone cheese
  • 4 slices cooked ham
Steps
  1. Lay ham slices on work surface, overlapping slightly. Top evenly in this order: Swiss cheese, salami, and provolone cheese, then roll up tightly.
  2. Place Caesar dressing and Parmesan (from kit) in large bowl; add lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce and whisk to blend. Add romaine (from kit) to bowl with dressing; toss to coat and place on platter (or into serving bowls).
  3. Cut meat roll into ½-inch-thick slices; arrange down center of salad. Place tomatoes, olives, and croutons in even rows on top of salad; sprinkle with oregano. Serve.
