Ingredients
- 4 slices genoa salami
- ½ cup Spanish green olives
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Caesar salad kit (chopped romaine, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and croutons; 9-10 oz)
- ½ cup grape tomatoes
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 4 thin slices Swiss cheese
- 4 thin slices provolone cheese
- 4 slices cooked ham
Steps
- Lay ham slices on work surface, overlapping slightly. Top evenly in this order: Swiss cheese, salami, and provolone cheese, then roll up tightly.
- Place Caesar dressing and Parmesan (from kit) in large bowl; add lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce and whisk to blend. Add romaine (from kit) to bowl with dressing; toss to coat and place on platter (or into serving bowls).
- Cut meat roll into ½-inch-thick slices; arrange down center of salad. Place tomatoes, olives, and croutons in even rows on top of salad; sprinkle with oregano. Serve.
