Ingredients
  • 4 tablespoons garlic herb butter
  • 1 ½ lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
Steps
  1. Preheat large sauté pan on medium-high. Place butter in pan, then add shrimp; cook 4–6 minutes or until pink and opaque.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
Other Preparation Methods
    • Bake: Preheat oven to 425°F. Combine 1 ½ lb shrimp and ¾ cup mild Buffalo sauce on a baking sheet. Bake 6–8 minutes or until shrimp are pink and opaque. Top with ½ cup crumbled blue cheese.
    • Boil: Bring enough water to cover shrimp to a boil in a stockpot. Add 3 tablespoons seafood seasoning and 1 ½ lb shrimp to water; bring to boil 3–5 minutes or until shrimp are pink and opaque. Serve with melted butter.
