Fully Loaded Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 (24 oz) package refrigerated mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup cooked bacon pieces
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives
  • ½ cup crispy fried onions

Steps

    1. Combine potatoes, cheese, sour cream, and bacon in microwave-safe bowl; cover and microwave on HIGH 4 minutes. Chop chives.
    2. Stir potato mixture; cover and microwave 2–3 more minutes until hot. Top with chives and onions. Serve.
