Ingredients
- 1 (24 oz) package refrigerated mashed potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup cooked bacon pieces
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives
- ½ cup crispy fried onions
Steps
- Combine potatoes, cheese, sour cream, and bacon in microwave-safe bowl; cover and microwave on HIGH 4 minutes. Chop chives.
- Stir potato mixture; cover and microwave 2–3 more minutes until hot. Top with chives and onions. Serve.
