Frankenstein Avocado Toast

Ingredients

    1. For toast:
    2. 4 slices multigrain seeded bread
    3. 1 (7.5 oz) package guacamole
    4. ¼ teaspoon sea salt (optional)
    5. For costumes:
    6. 2 fresh sweet pepper rings
    7. 16 whole black olives, divided
    8. 2 peeled medium hard boiled eggs
    9. 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce (optional)

    Steps

      1. Toast bread. Top each slice with even amount guacamole and sprinkle with salt, if using.
      2. Cut pepper rings in half (for mouths). Cut 12 olives in half lengthwise (for hair), slice 2 olives (for pupils), and chop remaining 2 olives coarsely (for scars). Slice hardboiled eggs (for eyes), removing yolks, if desired.
      3. Place pepper ring mouths on toast. Arrange 2 egg slices on each slice of toast (for eyes) and place 2 olive slices on each egg slice (for pupils). Place halved olives (about 5) flat at top of toast. Place chopped olives around head or chin. Use sriracha for gruesome drizzle, if desired. Serve.
