Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach
  • 2 oz sliced salami (about 12 slices)
  • 1 (12 oz) loaf Bakery French bread
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons everything seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded Italian-style cheese blend, divided
  • 4 oz crumbled feta cheese

Steps

    1. Set cream cheese out to soften; preheat oven to 350°F. Thaw spinach; drain and squeeze out excess water, then set aside.
    2. Chop salami finely. Slice off top of bread; remove insides by gently pulling out with fingers, leaving a 1-inch border of bread (save inside bread pieces for other use). Place bread cut-side up on baking sheet (slice off ends to fit, if needed).
    3. Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, and everything seasoning; blend thoroughly. Add 1 cup shredded cheese, feta cheese, spinach, and salami; stir until well blended.
    4. Spoon filling into bread and spread evenly; top with remaining 1 cup shredded cheese. Bake 18–20 minutes until bread is golden and cheese mixture is hot. Let stand to cool 15 minutes before slicing. Serve.
Chef's Tip: Microwaving the spinach 2–2 ½ minutes will speed the thawing process.
