Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill
- 1 large shallot
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ teaspoon everything bagel seasoning
- ½ cup whipped cream cheese
- 1 (5 oz) can cooked, wild-caught pink salmon
- 1 (4 oz) package smoked salmon
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons capers
- Crackers (optional for serving)
Steps
- Chop chives, dill, and shallot (¼ cup) finely. Place mayonnaise, seasoning, and cream cheese in food processor bowl; pulse until blended. Drain pink salmon, if needed. Add pink salmon and smoked salmon to food processor; pulse into small pieces or until smooth. Remove from food processor and place in medium bowl.
- Stir in chives, dill, shallots, lemon juice, and capers until well blended. Chill until ready to serve. Serve with crackers, if using. (Makes about 2 cups.)
