Easy Salmon Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill
  • 1 large shallot
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon everything bagel seasoning
  • ½ cup whipped cream cheese
  • 1 (5 oz) can cooked, wild-caught pink salmon
  • 1 (4 oz) package smoked salmon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • Crackers (optional for serving)

Steps

    1. Chop chives, dill, and shallot (¼ cup) finely. Place mayonnaise, seasoning, and cream cheese in food processor bowl; pulse until blended. Drain pink salmon, if needed. Add pink salmon and smoked salmon to food processor; pulse into small pieces or until smooth. Remove from food processor and place in medium bowl.
    2. Stir in chives, dill, shallots, lemon juice, and capers until well blended. Chill until ready to serve. Serve with crackers, if using. (Makes about 2 cups.)
