Ingredients
  • 2 medium avocados
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 (1 oz) packet dry ranch seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
Steps
  1. Halve avocados; discard pits and skins. Combine all ingredients in food processor; puree until smooth.
  2. Serve with your favorite chips or carrots and celery.
Other Preparation Methods
    • Grill: Preheat grill (or grill pan) on medium. Halve 2 medium avocados and remove pits; season with 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon Creole seasoning. Grill (flesh-side down) 4–5 minutes until golden and soft. Serve with lime wedges.
